Son arrested in fatal stabbing of Pico Rivera man
The 17-year-old son of a Pico Rivera man who was found fatally stabbed in his home was arrested Sunday in connection with the killing, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
A spokesman declined to identify the victim and said his son would not be identified because he is a juvenile.
Another young man, Jesus Adame, 18, was also arrested. The arrests were made by Montebello police officers.
Homicide detectives responded early Saturday morning to a report of a robbery and found the 50-year-old victim in his home in the 3700 block of Oaklawn Lane.
The investigation continues, authorities said.
