Los Angeles prosecutors expect to receive an LAPD report on actor Nick Stahl’s arrest on suspicion of lewd conduct at an adult movie shop in Hollywood on Monday and will then make a decision whether to file misdemeanor charges against him.

The ‘Terminator 3’ star was taken into custody Thursday during a routine check by vice detectives of an adult shop with booths, officials said. He was released a couple of hours after his arrest.

The 33-year-old could face a misdemeanor count of lewd conduct.

But when investigators caught actor Fred Willard early this year committing lewd behavior alone in an adult theater he was allowed to enter a diversion program to avoid prosecution.

Earlier this year, Stahl disappeared, prompting a search for him on skid row by the LAPD.

His family told police Stahl has frequented skid row, and LAPD officials said officers who work the downtown beat were given copies of his photo and told to keep an eye out for him.

He eventually reemerged in public.
