Kate Hudson wore a daring -- or maybe strange is a better word? -- Versace original to the Versace Haute Couture show in Paris on Sunday. The dress was made of red fabric with a hip-high slit up one side and lots of asymmetrical cutouts baring odd slices of skin -- abdomen, hip, butt -- elsewhere. As a participant in one of our most progressive aesthetic arenas, am I not allowed to use this imagery? Is it only appropriate for a Michael Fassbender movie? I thought this might be an interesting question,” he told WWD in an e-mail.
