Melissa Rivers has written a book about growing up with her mother, the late comedian and “Fashion Police” host Joan Rivers. “The Book of Joan: Tales of Mirth, Mischief and Manipulation” is due out from Crown Archetype on May 5, the publisher announced. [People]
