Entertainer Dita Von Teese is expected to be at this weekend’s Vintage Fashion Expo, selling and signing a limited number of copies of her books, “Burlesque and the Art of the Teese” and “Dita: Striptease.” (She has a new book, “Your Beauty Mark,” due out Dec. 1.

The expo is scheduled to take place Saturday and Sunday at the Reef, 1933 S. Broadway, Los Angeles. Early bird tickets ($25) allow admittance from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Regular admission ($12) is 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are available via eventbrite.

L.A. designer Annie Bing has opened a new flagship at 8128 W. 3rd St., Los Angeles. Bing, a former model, is known for her “transeasonal” approach, offering new styles weekly. Her line includes women’s ready-to-wear, lingerie, shoes, fine jewelry, handbags, swimwear and sunglasses. Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Sustainably-made menswear brand Outerknown has opened a retail installation inside Wittmore, the recently-opened modern menswear store in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. The two collaborators are celebrating with an event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wittmore, 300 S. Santa Fe Ave. RSVP to events@shopwittmore.com. The installation will be open through mid-November.

Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5TH is opening at the newly renovated Plaza 183 in Cerritos on Thursday. The 30,000-square-foot store features more than 800 designer brands of fashion, footwear and accessories for men and women at outlet prices. For the grand opening, giveaways for those in line will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday, with doors opening at 10 a.m. The shopping center is at 11113 183rd St.

Late Sunday Afternoon, featuring handcrafted scarves designed by Matthew Schildkret, has opened its flagship store at 1920 Lincoln Blvd., Venice. It is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
