Transporter: The Series In the first of two new episodes, Frank (Chris Vance) is in Toronto, hired to break into a high-security bank vault, 9 p.m. TNT. Then, at 10, Frank races against two other couriers to transport a million euros from Paris to Marseille.

The Graham Norton Show Robert Duvall and Robert Downey Jr. (“The Judge”) and Stephen Fry are guests in this new episode. U2 performs. 10 p.m. BBC America
