Marshawn Lynch, Rob Gronkowski battle in ‘Mortal Kombat’ on Conan
The Super Bowl is days away, but Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch and New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski have already battled -- in “Mortal Kombat,” that is.
The two players -- who are among the most recognizable in the NFL -- played a round of “Mortal Kombat X” with Conan O’Brien for his TBS late-night show. The segment will not air until Thursday, but a preview went out over social media Wednesday.
The only part better than the two men playing the game is when they get into a discussion over what they think Lipitor is after Conan jokes that it is the only drug he takes.
Gronkowski does fake plugs for Lipitor toward the end, which makes Lynch and Conan break out into uncontrollable laughter.
