Loni Anderson’s custom home for sale in Sherman Oaks

Actress Loni Anderson has relisted her home in Sherman Oaks at $2.299 million.

The Santa Barbara-style home, custom-built in 2007, sits on a gated quarter-acre lot. Its 4,630 square feet of space include an elegant living room with fireplace, a formal dining room adjoining a butler’s pantry with a bar, a family/media room with a fireplace and a center-island kitchen.

The master suite has a sitting area, fireplace and balcony for a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

French doors open to the yard, which features a saltwater swimming pool, a spa and mature oak trees.

Anderson, 69, played receptionist Jennifer Marlowe on the sitcom “WKRP in Cincinnati,” which aired from 1978 to 1982, and reprised the role on “The New WKRP in Cincinnati” (1991-92). More recently she was in the series “So Notorious” and “The Mullets.”

She bought the property in 2007 for $1.9 million, public records show. The house was listed last summer for $2.435 million.
