Clippers to participate in Orlando pro summer league

The Clippers will participate in the Southwest Airlines Orlando Pro Summer League from July 4-10.

The summer league will feature 25 games and includes two teams from the Orlando Magic, along with the Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Detriot Pistons, Indiana Pacers, Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder.

Each team will play five games over the week, with a championship day on the final day of the league.

The event is not open to the public, but NBA TV will televise the games. Fans can access box scores and game recaps at www.orlandomagic.com.

This will be the first time the Clippers will be in that summer league. They’ve participated in the NBA summer league in Las Vegas the past nine summers.

Here’s the complete schedule, with all times Pacific:

Saturday, July 4

10 a.m. – Clippers vs. Orlando Blue

Sunday, July 5

10 a.m. – Clippers vs. Detroit Pistons

Tuesday, July 7

2 p.m. – Clippers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

Wednesday, July 8

Friday, July 10

Remaining game TBD by place
