Celebrity home flippers Amanda Pays and her husband, actor Corbin Bernsen, are in the market for their next project. As such, the couple have listed their personal residence in Valley Village for sale at $2.399 million.

Set on a corner lot, the renovated 1930s Tudor Revival is distinguished by a prominent gable and valley roofline, picture windows and drought tolerant landscaping. Soft hues, polished concrete and reclaimed hardware and accent pieces are a common theme throughout the single-story floor plan, which has three bedrooms in 3,340 square feet.

Among spaces is a formal living room with barrel-vaulted ceilings, a den with custom bookshelves, an office and a screening room. Set beneath skylights, the updated galley kitchen has a tile backsplash, industrial-style lighting and distressed cabinetry.

Steel-and-glass doors open to European-inspired grounds containing a large pool, a covered patio, various sitting areas and citrus trees. Adjacent to the pool is a lofted bunkhouse measuring 669 square feet.

The property previously sold for $900,000 in 2011, records show. The couple, who have renovated about 20 houses over the years, intend to scale down to a smaller home in the hills, Pays said, adding that it will be “a fixer, of course!”

Kelly Sutherland of Coldwell Banker Previews International is the listing agent.

Bernsen, 60, is known for his roles as attorney Arnold Becker on the NBC series “L.A. Law” and Roger Dorn in the “Major League” film franchise. More recently, he had a recurring part on the USA Network show “Psych.”

Pays, an interior designer as well as an actress, recently reprised her role as Dr. Tina McGee in an episode of The CW series “The Flash.” The 55-year-old starred opposite John Wesley Shipp on the original “Flash” series, which aired on CBS in the early 1990s.
