Football: QB Travis Waller will enroll early at Oregon
Servite quarterback Travis Waller announced Thursday via Twitter that he has signed with Oregon and plans to enroll early.
Waller is hoping to get into the competition for the expected opening at quarterback for the Ducks.
He’s a talented passer and runner.
