Baltimore riots live updates: State of emergency declared, schools to be closed
Rioting and looting began sweeping through Baltimore after the funeral for Freddie Gray, who suffered a severed spine in police custody and died this month. Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake declared a one-week, citywide curfew beginning 10 p.m. Tuesday and the National Guard has been called in.
