Billionaire Larry Ellison is among Malibu homeowners looking for summer tenants.

For $65,000 a month, plus a $35,000 security deposit, one can land a remodeled beach cottage complete with prestigious landlord on famed Carbon Beach. The one-story house sits along 70 feet of beach with an expansive deck and head-on ocean views.

Beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and French doors are among details in the light and bright 2,880 square feet of interior space. A separate family room, a kitchen with an island and commercial grade appliances, a den/office, four bedrooms and four bathrooms are among living areas.

But don’t go door knocking or snooping around. The Oracle Corp. co-founder keeps a tight rein on security along this coveted portion of Pacific Coast Highway, where he has bought two dozen houses over more than a decade.

Among other properties for lease in Malibu are two estates priced at $200,000 a month – neither of which is beachfront. Get ‘em while they’re hot.
