Russia inquiry: In the April 23 Section A, an article about the FBI inquiry into Russian meddling in last year’s election said U.S. Atty. Rod J. Rosenstein took over an anti-crime program in Baltimore called Project Exile from his predecessor. The project began in 2006, the year after Rosenstein was confirmed as U.S. attorney for Maryland.
