Outdoors, the secluded setting centers on the pool, which has a spa and waterfall and fire features. Adjacent is a built-in barbecue and patio.

There’s also a three-car garage.

Weintraub and his wife, Jane Morgan, bought the property in 1974 for $165,000, public records show.

Fred Bernstein of Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent.

Weintraub, who died last year at 77, promoted and managed such stars as John Denver, Frank Sinatra and Bob Dylan. As a producer, his credits include the blockbuster “Karate Kid” and “Ocean’s” film franchises.
