Share

The longtime Beverly Hills home of late entertainers Gary Collins and Mary Ann Mobley is on the market for $7.25 million.

The Traditional-style home, built in 1948, changed hands a year ago for $3.6 million and has since been extensively renovated by SimoDesign. The resulting modernized house has an overarching aesthetic that is light and contemporary.

Among details of note are a floating staircase, modern fixtures and a glass-enclosed wine closet with enough storage for 300 bottles. An updated kitchen has an island/bar and a pantry wall with glass doors, and a great room boasts vaulted ceilings and a fireplace.
