Spoiler alert: Josh Flagg of ‘Million Dollar Listing’ sells his condo
It’s time for some real-life “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.” Spoiler alert: Agent/reality star Josh Flagg has sold his Century City-area condo.
The 1,601-square-foot, 17th-story unit is in the I.M Pei-designed Century Towers. Building features include a doorman, concierge, valet parking, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
Flagg spent two years remodeling the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium, replacing interior walls and upgrading the contemporary space.
Although the Multiple Listing Service shows the unit sold for $1.3 million, Flagg said he also sold the new owner all the furnishings, collected from his travels around the world, for a total of $1.825 million.
He bought the property in 2008 for $1,048,500, public records show.
Flagg, with Rodeo Realty in Beverly Hills, was the listing agent. Innawati Santoso of Keller Williams Realty in Brentwood represented the buyer.
