NFC notes: Jameis Winston nears Tampa Bay rookie record for touchdown passes

Arizona: The Cardinals’ last road win against the 49ers came on Sept. 7, 2008, at Candlestick Park. Carson Palmer is going for his 22nd win in 26th start for Arizona.

Atlanta: Julio Jones leads the NFL in catches (89) and yards receiving (1,189). Running back Devonta Freeman (concussion) is questionable.

Carolina: After picking off Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo three times on Thanksgiving, two for touchdowns, the Panthers lead the league with 18 interceptions.

Chicago: Jay Cutler went without an interception in his first win at Lambeau Field. He had been picked off 12 times in his four previous losses there.

Dallas: Tony Romo is out for the rest of the year after suffering a fracture in the same collarbone that caused him to miss seven games earlier this season.

Detroit: The Lions’ 45-14 victory over the Eagles was the team’s third straight win on Thanksgiving after losing nine straight in the holiday game.

Green Bay: Aaron Rodgers completed just 51.2% of his passes against the Bears. His 53.8% completion rate for November is the lowest of his career.

Minnesota: Teddy Bridgewater is coming off a 296-yard passing game last week against Green Bay, his second- highest total of the season, although he lost.

New Orleans: Running back Mark Ingram needs two yards to reach 1,000 all-purpose yards for the second year in a row. All five of his touchdowns have come on runs.

N.Y. Giants: Cornerback Prince Amukamara has intercepted a pass in his last two games against the Redskins. The Giants lead NFL with a plus-13 turnover margin.

Philadelphia: Corner- back Nolan Carroll (broken ankle) is done for the season. The Eagles have given up 110 points in their last three games, all losses.

San Francisco: NaVorro Bowman leads the NFC with 97 tackles. In his last three games vs. Arizona, he’s had 25 tackles, one sack, one interception and one forced fumble.

Seattle: Marshawn Lynch underwent surgery for an abdominal injury and is expected to be out several weeks. Rookie Thomas Rawls will start in his place.

St. Louis: Rookie Todd Gurley has rushed for 766 yards and six touch- downs in his last five games. He leads the league with four runs of at least 45 yards.

Tampa Bay: Jameis Winston needs five more touchdown passes to tie the Buccaneers’ rookie record of 15. Tampa Bay has won two games in a row.

Washington: If the Redskins beat the Giants, they’ll pull in front of New York for the top spot in the NFC East and top last year’s win total (four).
