Shia LaBeouf has confirmed his Las Vegas wedding to Mia Goth — even though officials in Clark County, Nev., say they’re not legally joined in matrimony.

“It was love, we’re proud of it. It was love,” the “Transformers” actor told Ellen DeGeneres in an interview to air Tuesday. She had quizzed him on whether he and his fellow “Nymphomaniac: Vol. II” cast member had really tied the knot the weekend before last, or simply engaged in the type of performance art that’s essentially eclipsed his acting career.

The couple has been together for four years, he said. Goth was spotted wearing an engagement ring in March.

“The plan was for it to be a private deal in Vegas at the Viva Vegas Wedding Chapel,” LaBeouf said, and they’d taken a pass on the live feed that was included in what he called the “King Tut” package. Then, alas, “you know, somebody pressed the wrong button, that sends the video to TMZ.”

The 30-year-old is no stranger to live streaming his life, be it while riding in an elevator or watching all of his movies.

Uh, yeah, OK. TMZ says the couple went with Elvis and Hawaiian themes, and has video of Goth arriving with Elvis in a pink Cadillac — something that appears to be part of the chapel’s “Elvis Pink Caddy Las Vegas Wedding Package,” where the car drives into the room and an Elvis impersonator performs the ceremony, as well as three “rockin’” songs.

There is, in fact, an Egyptian-themed wedding package available, where King Tut does the honors. That one includes, among other things, the couple’s names in lights on the marquee — where Shia and Mia’s names did appear, according to images online.

But then there’s this: “Our records show no marriage license for Shia LaBeouf & Mia Goth,” Clark County tweeted on Wednesday in response to media inquiries. “A commitment ceremony was performed #Vegas.”

And this: LaBeouf’s movie “American Honey” opened last Friday. Coincidence? You decide.
