Eva Mendes is reportedly pregnant, expecting a second baby with Ryan Gosling

Eva Mendes is pregnant again, expecting a second baby with Ryan Gosling, according to reports out Thursday.

The actress was reportedly hiding a baby bump during a photo shoot in February, a source told Us Weekly, which first reported the news. She’s supposedly in her second trimester, a source told E! News, which noted that she hadn’t been photographed in a public setting since December.

In October, she told the “Today” show that she was taking a break from Hollywood to focus on raising her and Gosling’s daughter, Esmeralda.

Gosling, 36, and Mendes, 42, are notorious for keeping their private lives private, so an on-the-record confirmation likely won’t come any time soon. It took TMZ tracking down their daughter’s birth certificate to get the child’s name out there a month after she arrived.

Heck, Gosling barely said out loud that he and Mendes were an item -- they’ve been linked since 2011 -- before last December, when he told Hello! magazine in Canada that he was with the person he was “supposed to be with,” and that the only thing he wanted in a woman was that “she’s Eva Mendes. There’s nothing else I’m looking for.”

In 1994, when she was pregnant with Esmeralda, now 17 months, Mendes “barely left the house,” a source told People at the time. “Ryan has been taking care of her, picking up food and running errands. He has been very supportive about keeping things a secret,” the source said.

A rep for Mendes did not immediately reply to a request for comment.
