The LA 2024 bid committee has once again enlisted U.S. Olympians to help make the case for bringing the Summer Olympics to Los Angeles for a third time.

Katie Ledecky, Simone Manuel and Tamika Catchings headline the athletes appearing in a video series titled “Coming Home” that was released on various social media platforms Friday.

“I’ve always dreamed of competing at a big international meet on U.S. soil,” Ledecky, the five-time gold medalist in swimming, says in a video that will come later in the series. “To have so many people in the stands cheering for Team USA, I know it could be nerve-racking, but I would just be so excited.”

Also on Friday, South Korean officials released a video promoting the upcoming 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.

In the competition to host in 2024, Los Angeles is competing against Paris and Budapest. Rome recently suspended its bid amid cost concerns.

Candidate cities recently submitted a second round of documents to the International Olympic Committee. Bid officials are to begin a series of presentations to IOC members next month.

The IOC is scheduled to vote on a host in September 2017.
