Good morning, travelers! What’s your travel mind today? Whether you’re ready for it or not, the weekend is nearly here. Let’s see if we can get you inspired or at least thinking about your next getaway.

Budget Travel | Travel & Leisure made a slide show of “The World’s Best Free Stuff.” The list is more of a reminder of attractions you might already know about than hidden gems, but there are a few you might not know about such as podcasts, concerts and accommodations. Either way, the slide show is a terrific nudge for us to make the most of what we have before opening our wallets.

Travel Website | Travel.Alltop led me to a blog that I’ve never heard about, but want to keep tabs on: LocationIndependent.com. It’s written by a couple who want to share their secrets to living and running a business from wherever you choose.
