1 killed, 2 wounded in Pomona shooting
One person was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting Tuesday night in Pomona.
Lt. Mark Warm of the Pomona Police Department said officers arrived at a house in the 700 block of Mayfair Avenue about 9:30 p.m. and found three people shot and lying in the frontyard.
Warm said that one person was pronounced dead at the scene and that the two other victims were taken to an area hospital, where they were being treated for gunshot wounds.
