Shia LaBeouf's 3 a.m. car wreck! Oh no, and possible DUI?

Indiana Jones" and "Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf may have officially joined the Hollywood Bad Boys Club.

According to the Associated Press, LaBeouf was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving early Sunday a.m. after he was involved in a car accident at the corner of La Brea and Fountain in Hollywood.

One car rolled, paramedics were called to the scene, both parties involved were taken to a local hospital.

According to the report, no major injuries, thank heavens.

LaBeouf was placed under arrest on suspicion of drunk driving because he reportedly exhibited "outward signs" of intoxication at the scene.

However, he was not taken into custody and reportedly will be released from the hospital.

Stay tuned! More as it develops.

Photos: No, this is not Shia LaBeouf's new mugshot. This is his official Nov. 4, 2007, mugshot when he was popped at a Walgreen's drugstore in Chicago, after a night of partying at the nightclub the Underground.

stupid. but DAMN THAT PICTURE IS HOT! bend me over!

I am a huge shia labeouf fan but I'm just tired of hearing about drunk driving celebrities. I mean how dumb can you be, even though its not really confired yet that he was drunk. I'm just happy that he's ok besides the fact that he hurt his hand and everyone involved are to.

it annoys me that about a year ago when lohan was going through her problems, Shia had a whole interview with EW talking about how he's nothing like that, was never gonna get into trouble, blah blah blah.

Well on his interview about his first arrest, it seemed like a funny story. But this has no explaination. I kinda don't care really, because hes sooo hot!
