'Sex and the City' FINALLY premieres in NYC!
So what are the girls wearing? Well, Carrie, sorry, Sarah Jessica Parker is in a strapless silver Nina Ricci.
Click here to see the insanely effusive (mwah!) ET Style Seer Steven Cojocaru talk to the girls on the carpet. But we can look at their stylist's work Wednesday morning and list all the fancy schmancy designer names.
Right now, let's look at some of the guests, 'cause you know they had have thought long and hard about what to wear to this fashionably historic NYC event.
Or in Ashley Olsen's case, she clearly didn't think about it at all!
ODG! What happened to Bette Midler? Couldn't she make more of an effort tonight of all nights?
OK, I'm sure this is some fancy big-name designer, but I still hate it. Who is Fergie trying to be anyway? Carrie Bradshaw? Try singing "Barracuda" in this frothy debutante dress.
Wow. Looks like someone finally discovered the joys of a serious push-up -- or in this case, shove-up -- brassiere. Jennifer Hudson looks seriously skinny and hot!
"Gossip Girl" newbie Lydia Hearst takes an '80s Pat Fields fashion risk with an edgy jeweled corset, skinny black pants and Crayola-colored pumps, which, of course, has already been done by Katie Holmes (those Crayola blue shoes at the Costume Institute Gala), but whatever. Bonus points for originality, unlike some label-obsessed stars of the film we can think of.

Jennifer Hudson, in the photo you have posted, looks totally ridiculous...definitely not hot; more mutintesque...i'm just saying.

Well, you have to give Hearst credit for originality, anyway. I enjoy those shoes.

I am not impress because ny son Tracy never get the recognition he so deserves. He make Sarah looks stunning at all time. Why would they chose Jennifer to br her stylist for the movies, when my son has been and still is her sylistic every since the show. Wuz up with that/ct
